Flu Shots - Thursday, Sept. 24
You are invited to take advantage of the Flu Shot Clinic at NWChurch on Thursday, September 24 from 1:00 - 3:00 in the Foyer. Please bring your insurance card, Medicare card or Medicare Advantage card and Part D card. If you do not have insurance and have low income, some shots can be provided without charge.
Please drive up and wait in your car in our parking lot, or be seated in chairs on our outside patio until escorted into the Foyer. We can take 3-4 people at a time in the Foyer to receive flu shots. Face masks are required.
